This method of journalism will allow you to focus on learning how to take care of yourself as you start to give yourself daily affirmations, set healthy boundaries, engage in self-care routines, and engage in stress management activities. This journal documents your daily activity for 30 days to help you keep track of your progress as you work towards improving your mental health.
