Imposter syndrome. The syndrome that makes you believe that you are not good enough in your environment. It keeps you at night because your thoughts are intrusive, it makes you suspicious of your relationships, it tells you that you are incompetent. Even when others see your strengths, you find yourself questioning every decision, replaying conversations, and wondering if you’re actually capable. Over time, that constant self doubt can lead to anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. One minute you are on top of the world and the next, you’re in the fetal position hyperventilating because everything seems scary. The thought of “peopling” is enough to make you want to bed rot. The part that baffles you the most is you can no longer answer the question, “Who am I?”

I am an eclectic therapist who pulls from a lot of evidenced based modalities (CBT, EFT, ACT, Narrative, etc.). I help people learn how to develop a healthier relationship with themselves, thus giving them the capacity to set healthier boundaries, regulate their emotions, regain confidence, be more comfortable developing new relationships, and understand how to calm their nervous system.

There’s a story that you are telling yourself that makes you believe something about yourself that simply isn’t true. The evidence that you are using comes from years of traumatic experiences that are so deeply rooted, you can’t trust your own instincts. My goal is to walk alongside you and help you deconstruct these narratives, keeping the ones that work for you, and rebuilding the ones that create chaos. Together, we'll find your purpose.
